The Health and Safety Authority is investigating the death of a teenager in Co. Tipperary.
It’s understood the teen died after falling from a tractor in Boulaglas in Newtown, close to Lough Derg.

The Health and Safety Authority was notified by gardaí at around 4 o’clock yesterday and HSA inspectors are due to visit the scene today.
