Shannon Chamber President Believes Tax Incentives To ‘Regenerate’ Houses Should Be Introduced

The President of Shannon Chamber believes tax incentives for landlords to regenerate houses for the market need to be introduced.

It follows concerns raised by local auctioneers that the lack of housing affordability or availability in the county could be ‘stifling economic growth’ in Clare.

A number of mixed use residential and commercial units are planned in the lifetime of Clare County Council’s masterplan for Shannon Town.
