Lahinch House Prices Spike By Nearly 40% Since Onset Of Pandemic

House prices in Lahinch have increased by nearly 40 per cent since the beginning of the pandemic.

A new Daft.ie report into coastal locations shows the North Clare town has seen one of the largest spikes in the price of a home throughout the country.

The average price for a 3 bedroom house in Lahinch is now more than €235,000 – this stood at €169,000 before the onset of COVID-19.
