Clare Rents Continue To Climb

Rent levels in Clare have jumped by 3.9% in the past twelve months.

However, the Rental Tenancies Board says the thresholds have not been met for any part of the county to be declared as a rent pressure zone.

According to the RTB, standardised average rents here stand at €713, a year-on-year increase of €26.
