The Chair of the Clare Pyrite Action Group says she’s ‘worried’ impacted homeowners in this county could be excluded from full State redress.
A report outlining the position of Mica campaigners and Department of Housing officials is set to be published today.
However, Clare homeowners have not had a seat on that working group, though the Housing Minister has previously suggested any decisions as a result of that will not affect compensation for impacted people in this county.

Speaking with Clare FM’s Josh Prenderville, Dr Martina Cleary says she’s fearful the focus is now on those affected by mica in other counties rather than pyrite, as is the case in Clare.
