Clare Pyrite Group Chair ‘Worried’ Homeowners Here Could Be Excluded From State Redress

The Chair of the Clare Pyrite Action Group says she’s ‘worried’ impacted homeowners in this county could be excluded from full State redress.

A report outlining the position of Mica campaigners and Department of Housing officials is set to be published today.

However, Clare homeowners have not had a seat on that working group, though the Housing Minister has previously suggested any decisions as a result of that will not affect compensation for impacted people in this county.
