Clare Pyrite Action Group Ready To Take To The Streets If Redress Scheme Not Amended

The Clare Pyrite Action Group is ready to take to the streets if changes aren’t made to the Defective Concrete Blocks Scheme.

A Dáil debate was held on the Bill yesterday, where cross-party support was given to calls for further time to be allocated to thrashing out the requirements to qualify for compensation.

A joint statement from action groups in Clare, Limerick, Donegal, Mayo and Sligo insists 80 changes are need to be made to ensure the proposed redress scheme is viable.
