The Chair of the Clare Pyrite Action Group is accusing the Department of Housing of ‘changing the rules’ of the Defective Concrete Blocks Scheme.
The Department has sought extra detail from homeowners in this county over the last number of months who are attempting to gain access to redress.
It’s understood Housing Minister Darragh O Brien is to meet with a number of Clare Oireachtas representatives today on the matter, ahead of a protest march from affected residents in Ennis on Saturday.
