House prices in Clare have fallen by 4.1% in the past year.
The latest quarterly report from Daft.ie shows the average cost of a home in Clare was just over 186,000 euro in September.
Clare’s figures have bucked the national trend, as house prices in 44 of the 54 markets covered in the report are rising, some by as much as 10%.
