A Clare developer has expressed concern over an increasing difficulty in finding skilled workers in the construction industry.
It comes as the government has published its ‘Careers in Construction Action Plan’ which sets out a series of actions that can be taken to boost the numbers being recruited and retained in the construction sector.
The plan aims to reduce barriers to working in the industry through reforms in the areas of training and education, more flexible working hours and promotional campaigns.
