Clare Chair Of Housing Commitee Calls For Income Threshold To Be Reviewed

The Chair of Clare County Council’s housing committee is renewing calls for income thresholds for social housing here to be reviewed urgently.

It follows continued reports of rising prices in Clare’s property market that are among the highest in the country.

The maximum net income threshold for a single-person in this county is €25,000 while surrounding counties such as Limerick are in higher bands.
