20% Of House Sales In Clare Due To Landlords Leaving The Market

20% of house sales in Clare between July and September were due to landlords leaving the private rental market.

The latest report from Real Estate Alliance shows the persistent housing supply issue is forcing house prices to remain at high levels with the average price for a second-hand three-bed semi in this county remaining at €230,000.

Looking at the national picture, the actual selling price of a three-bed semi-detached house has risen above the €300,000 mark for the first time since 2007.
