An Ennis estate agent expects house prices to continue to rise in County Clare

New figures from the Real Estate Alliance shows the average price of a house in the county is up over 3.5% so far this year.
The group's latest report shows the cost of buying a three-bed semi in the county now stands at 145,000 euro, a rise of 3.57% in the first three months of this year.
Liam Browne of REA Paddy Browne says while the growth is still mainly concentrated in urban areas, it is starting to spread to other parts as well.
