House Prices Expected To Keep Rising

House prices in Clare are expected to continue to rise at their current rate for the coming year at least.

New figures from the CSO show an upward trend in residential property prices in the county with the average price of a house around 128,000 euro.

Nationally, the rise in Dublin house prices have begun to slow, though it’s still the most expensive area in the country to live in, while border counties are the cheapest.
