House prices in Clare fell by 2.6% in the past three months.
The latest report from the Real Estate Alliance shows the average cost of a three bed semi in the coutny stood at €185,000 between March and June.

Overall though, the cost of buying a home has continued to rise over the past year, with prices now almost 3% higher than in June last year.
