The CEO of the UL Hospitals Group insists they are actively taking steps to tackle recent high trolley numbers at the region's main hospital.

University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded in the country for the third time this week yesterday, with 35 people waiting for beds, 19 of those in the emergency department.
Nurses have called for more beds and resources to be provided to ease the problem.
However, Colette Cowan says it's not as simple as that.
