Businesses in West Clare are being encouraged to capitalize on plans to re-open Loop Head Lighthouse.

17,000 people visited the newly opened attraction last year, and officials are hoping to boost this figure to at least 25,000 this summer – the lighthouse will re-open it’s doors in June.
12 direct jobs are being created as a result, but it’s hoped that other businesses throughout West Clare and in the Loop Head area will hire staff to cope with increased visitor numbers.
