Tourism officials say they expect a long-term spin-off for Clare from the staging of Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann in Ennis.

Businesses throughout the town and county are gearing up for a busy week, with up to 400,000 people set to descend on Ennis across the nine days.
The festival returns to Ennis next year, but it's hoped that the exposure received by the town and county will encourage many to return in the years to come.
Fáilte Ireland have provided grant funding for this year's Fleadh, and their Client Services Manager for the Wild Atlantic Way, Michael Fitzsimons, is confident that their investment will pay off in years to come
