It’s hoped Doonbeg Fáilte Fest will provide an added incentive for tourists to visit the village during the Amgen Irish Open.
The festival will run from September 11th to 13th, alongside the Irish Open, which kicks off at Trump International Golf Links two days earlier.

Live music, family entertainment, as well as the best of local food, arts and heritage will be on offer.
Doonbeg Irish Open Committee member Jennie Drysdale says they want to provide an immersive experience and encourage tourists to stay in the area after the day’s golfing action.
