It’s hoped the resurfacing of damaged roads in Ennistymon and Liscannor will be completed before the summer season kicks off.
Works are due to get underway in March on Main Street in Ennistymon, where the road was damaged during last summer’s drought conditions due to burst water mains.
In Liscannor, meanwhile, Irish Water is to carry out works at Derreen and the local authority will then complete the roadworks there.
