Homes and businesses in parts of West Clare are without water supply following two bursts along a water main.
Uisce Éireann says crews are working to repair the issue affecting customers in Miltown Malbay and Coore, as well as surrounding areas such as Spanish Point, Mullagh, Creegh and Cooraclare.

Repairs are expected to be completed by 4.30 this afternoon and the utility says typically, it takes two to three hours following repairs for normal supply to be restored to all customers affected by an unplanned outage.
A traffic management system has been put in place to ensure the safety of crews carrying out the repairs to the burst and the safety of the public.
