At Regina House – they found that overall residents in Regina House were cared for in a safe environment with their nursing and healthcare needs being met –

However, the physical structure of the building provided a significant challenge to the operates in complying with regulation and standards – and that the size of some of the bedrooms didn’t meet requirements.

The inspectors also stated that improvements were required in terms of risk assessment.

At The Kilrush Nursing Home- the inspection team again found that residents well-being was central to service provision

And while they found substantial compliance with regulations –  some areas of care, planning, risk assessment, medication management and recording and auditing of complaints were required at the Mowlam Healthcare run facility.
