A number of HIQA reports released today have found evidence of poor management and risk to patients at care homes for those with intellectual disabilities.
At one centre in County Donegal, a number of allegations of abuse hadn't been reported, or properly investigated.

At another unit in Cork there was evidence that one resident hadn't been provided with food for 18 hours.
