HIQA has flagged concerns about measures to control so-called superbugs at University Hospital Limerick.

The health watchdog has published a report assessing HSE measures to control such bugs.
Speaking about University Hospital Limerick, HIQA acknowledges works which have already been carried out but says there is still "insufficient isolation facilities" and "ongoing poor infrastructure in some areas", including the Emergency Department.
The report also expresses concern about the management of superbugs at some of the country's smaller hospitals.
