High Patient Numbers On Trolleys Shows Government’s Health Plan Is Failing.

The high number of patients waiting on trolleys at the region's main hospital has been described as clear evidence that the Government's Health Plan is failing.

According to figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation, 44 people were waiting on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 28 of those in the Emergency Department.

It's 17 more than any other hospital in the country.
