The second day of the President’s State visit to the U.K. is getting underway this morning.

Michael D Higgins will visit a hospital, make a speech on science, meet with the British Prime Minister and attend a youth event with Mayor Boris Johnson.
Last night, he made a keynote speech at the State Banquet in Windsor Castle, when Queen Elizabeth and President Higgins said both nations are moving on from theirr troubled past.
