People are being urged to come out and walk and talk for mental health in West Clare this weekend.
The annual Green Ribbon Campaign is underway this month and as part of that, nine mental health walks have been organised nationwide, including one in Kilrush.
The “Let’s Talk and Walk” initiative is aimed particularly at those who find themselves isolated – including farmers, who tend to work alone.
