HSE Head Agrees To UHL Visit

The Head of HSE has agreed to visit University Hospital Limerick with a delegation of members from the Oireachtas Health Committee.

Paul Reid, who has already visited Dooradoyle since taking up his role as Director General this summer, made the commitment at a meeting with TDs and Senators this week.

Mr. Reid also defended the HSE’s track record of investment at University Hospital Limerick, in the face of questioning about resource issues at the region’s main hospital.
