An Ennis-area Councillor has accused health authorities as using COVID-19 as a cover for not fully restoring services that were shut down as a result of the pandemic.
Councillor Ann Norton has raised questions as to why more services cannot be provided for older people, people with disabilities and their families.
The claims of the Independent representative have been rejected by health officials who insist they are doing everything possible during the pandemic.
