A Clare Independent TD says suggestions of reopening an emergency department in Ennis can no longer be ignored.
All outpatient appointments at University Hospital Limerick are cancelled for the third day in a row, and will remain postponed tomorrow following a decision taken by senior management last evening.
The Dooradoyle facility continues to grapple with what are some of the highest numbers of people to have ever presented to its emergency department.
