Health Minister Announces Multimillion Euro Investment In Clare Healthcare Services

Six million euro has been earmarked for investment in health care services across Clare.

Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has confirmed the move, which will see nearly two million euro going towards Ennis Hospital’s new outpatient department, as well as redevelop its local injuries unit and theatre and radiology departments.

Nearly one million euro will go to building two 50 bed blocks at St. Joseph’s Community Nursing Unit and 1.29 million has been allocated to ensure HIQA compliance at Raheen Community Hospital.
