Dr. Michael Harty says he's confident that the Government will last through 2017, but while the Taoiseach has predicted that the minority Government will last three years at least, Deputy Harty thinks this prediction is over optimistic.
He's warning of a number of challenges which have the potential to de-stabilised the current administration, including water charges, Brexit and it's implications for Ireland and the outcome of the Citizen's Convention on the 8th amendment.
