Meanwhile, Clare’s Independent TD will abstain from voting for Leo Varadkar as Taoiseach in the Dáil today.
Dr Michael Harty stated last week that he wouldn’t support the new Fine Gael leader as Taoiseach unless issues of concern were advanced.
