A local community group is leading calls for people in Ennis to stop parking on footpaths in the town.
Better Ennis are sharing a number of photos of cars parking on paths and obstructing access on a number of streets, while calling on the Gardai and Clare County Council to provide more enforcement on the issue.
Fines for parking a vehicle in a prohibited place in Ennis dropped by 70 percent in 2020 according to figures obtained by Clare FM.
