A property tax, cuts in child benefit, hikes in PRSI, Motor tax and hits to the so-called ‘old reliable’s- fuel, cigarettes and alcohol will be unveiled in Budget Twenty Thirteen later.

Ministers Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin will take to their feet in the Dáil this afternoon and spend close to ninety minutes outlining up to three-point-five billion euro in tax rises and spending cuts.
Throughout the afternoon there will be briefing sessions at which individual ministers will outline the implications for their departments.
