A Clare Fine Gael TD claims the government must look at building tax rates to address the increasing house prices nationwide.
It comes as new report from Daft.ie shows that property prices in Clare rose by 9 percent in three months – with the average home here now costing 165,000 euro.
It’s a 38% rise on it’s lowest point.
