The Minister for Children says plans to ban smoking in cars carrying children may sound draconian – but make sense.

Frances Fitzgerald made the comments as new cigarette packets are rolled out in Ireland – containing graphic images of the effect smoking has on your health.
Ireland has selected 14 images to display on packs.
