The remains of 44 people killed in the Germanwings crash in the Alps have arrived in Dusseldorf – the city where the ill-fated flight was supposed to land nearly three months ago.

Their coffins were transported from the French city of Marseilles last night – and relatives will get to spend private time with them at the airport today.
Co-pilot Andreas Lubitz is believed to have crashed the plane deliberately.
