The General Manager of Clarecare says there's very little evidence on the ground of increased funding for voluntary organisations.

It comes as the organisation, which provides a range of services for people in the county, has released it's annual report for 2014 which higlights ongoing reductions in support fro its services.
Figures show that almost 200,000 home help hours, 41 thousand home care package hours and 941 adult counselling hourswere delivered last year, while Bushypark Treatment Centre operated at 95 per cent capacity, treating 132 people.
But despite this, Fiacra Hensey says there have been ongoing cuts in funding, which has meant that the organisation is struggling to cope.
