Two vehicles being driven without insurance have been seized by Gardaí in East Clare.
During a joint operation with the Customs service in O’Briensbridge, members of Clare’s roads policing unit stopped a Toyota Corolla saloon and Toyota Auris hatchback.

Both vehicles displayed valid discs in their windscreens, but when checked against the insurance database, it emerged that both policies had been cancelled.
Both drivers will face court at a later date.
