Gardaí are seeking CCTV or dash cam footage following multiple thefts of motorcycles in Clare.
Some time between 9 o’clock last Saturday night and 9am the following morning, a blue Benelli motorcycle was taken from the Acha Bhile estate on the Lahinch Road in Ennis.
The motorcycle was later discovered in the estate with damage caused to the vehicle.
Clare’s Crime Prevention Officer, Sergeant Catriona Holohan has this appeal.
“Gardaí are appealing to anyone that may have observed any person or persons with this blue Benelli motorcycle on Saturday night or Sunday morning or may have CCTV or Dash-cam footage that could assist Gardaí with their investigations. If you do, please contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 6848100”.
Meanwhile, Sixmilebridge Gardaí are investigating the theft of a red Yamaha motorcycle from outside a residential property in the Fana Glas estate in Sixmilebridge in the early hours of Sunday morning between 1.30am and 9am.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone that may have observed any person or persons with this red Yamaha motorcycle in the early hours of Sunday morning or may have CCTV or Dash-cam footage that could assist Gardaí with their investigations.
