A 44-year-old father of two who died in Tallaght on Thursday was NOT murdered but instead violently assaulted.

Karl Holmes lost his life after being beaten during a row over a child's bike in Avonbeg Gardens.
Following a post mortem yesterday officers are now investigating the matter as an assault and public order incident.
