Gardaí have issued a renewed appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a missing teenager last seen in Clare.
16-year-old Briain Holmes from Kildare town was last seen in the Clare area last Thursday afternoon.
A fresh appeal for information has been issued this afternoon for help in tracing Brian Holmes, with Gardaí saying both they and the teenager’s family are concerned for his wellbeing.
He was last seen on Thursday afternoon, with two subsequent possible sightings reported in the North Clare area.
Briain is described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height, of slim build, with fair hair and blue eyes.
When last seen, Briain was wearing black jumper, dark black trousers and black runners.
Gardaí are appealing to landowners in the North Clare area to check any sheds, outhouses, unoccupied houses or other remote buildings on their lands.
