Gardaí are believed to be investigating the possibility that a boy stabbed to death in Dublin yesterday – may have known his attacker.
17 year old Reece Cullen was attacked in Kilclare Crescent in the Jobstown area of Tallaght at around 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
It's understood neighbours heard the incident and called emergency services – however he later died in Tallaght Hospital.
Conor Feehan of the Irish Independent says its particularly sad that Reece may have known his attacker.
