Gardaí are appealing for the public’s help following a break in at the Supervalu in Gort this week

The premises was targeted some time between midnight and 6 am Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Among the items stolen was a quantity of cigarettes and alcohol.
Gort Gardaí are seeking assistance from the public who may have witnesses anyone acting suspiciously in the Church St area of Gort between midnight and 6 that morning .
They are also urging anyone who has been approached by an individual selling alcohol or cigarettes at a reduced price in the past few days to contact them.
