Gardaí are continuing to detain a man in his 30’s over the murder of publican and teacher John Kenny in Galway.
The man- a foreign national is being quizzed on suspicion of withholding information about the crime in Oughterard last weekend

Gardaí believe that John Kenny’s killers had been on on premises earlier on the Saturday night.
The father of one was about to retire to his residence over the pub when he was attacked and beaten to death.
The killers stole a sum of cash from the premises.
