The former Fianna Fail Minister of State Ivor Callely remains in Garda custody this morning.
The 53 year old is being questioned as part of an investigation into mobile phone receipts.

His period of detention was extended by twelve hours, shortly after midnight.
He’s being questioned at Irishtown Garda station in Dublin.
