There’ll be an opportunity for young people of diverse backgrounds to connect with their local Garda representatives in Ennis this weekend.
An Garda Síochána will be hosting a Christmas event in conjunction with Clare Youth Community Outreach this Saturday from 12pm to 2pm on Harmony Row.
The aim of the event is to encourage youths of various diversities to get to know their local Gardaí and establishment a relationship with them.

Executive Officer at Ennis Garda Station Priscilla Flynn has observed that many younger people of non-Irish ethnicity don’t feel represented by this country’s police force.
