Gardaí Believe Clare And Limerick Burglaries Are Linked

Gardaí believe five burglaries across Clare and Limerick are linked.

Shortly before 4am on Wednesday morning, thieves gained entry to Bless Café on Convent Hill in Killaloe by forcing through the front of the premises and those involved got away with a sum of money.

A few minutes later, Green Cross Pharmacy, which is adjacent to the cafe was broken into and a quantity of medication was taken during the raid.

Garda Siobhán Madden from Clare’s Crime Prevention Office says the incidents are believed to be linked to three further burglaries in Limerick on the same night. She’s appealing for information on a car used in the crimes.
