Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to an incident in Kilkee where a man was left with a fractured skull.
The man was discovered by Gardaí patrolling the O Curry Street area in the early hours of the Saturday morning of the August Bank Holiday weekend.

He was discovered with lacerations to his head and taken to University Hospital Limerick thereafter.
