Gardaí are advising motorists to drive with care on Clare roads this morning following heavy rain overnight.

They're warning of dangerous conditions in areas prone to flooding, with the Cooraclare to Kilrush said to be particularly bad.
A coastal flood warning remains in place for Clare until 9 o'clock this morning.
Land, home and business owners in exposed areas are being urged to remain vigilant due a combination of strong winds, high tides and the heavy rains overnight.
